Access to trade networks

Micro, small and medium-sized businesses can contact the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) for support in accessing trade networks.

It should be noted that by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 1, 2021, the “Rules for supporting the expansion of sales of products produced by micro and small businesses in retail chains” were approved. According to the regulations, support will be provided by COBIA.

Micro and small entrepreneurs can benefit from support. As part of this support, the size of the retail space that an entrepreneur will use in a retail facility is 50 cm, and the period for placing products in the sales area is 3 months. A microentrepreneur will pay 20% of the rent, and a small entrepreneur will pay 50% of the rent for the retail space provided for his use.
