During the first quarter of 2024, more than 72 thousand services were rendered to entrepreneurs at the "Baku SMB House" by ten government organizations.
In January-March 2024, the "Baku SMB House" provided 80,349 services to entrepreneurship entities, of which 72,537 (90.28%) were provided by government institutions (G2B), and 7,812 (9.72%) by private institutions (B2G).
More than 72 thousand services provided to business entities were offered by 10 government institutions.
Entrepreneurs who approached the "Baku SMB House" most frequently sought assistance from the Ministry of Digital Development and Transportation - 64,133 (79.82%), the State Service for Antimonopoly Regulation and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy - 5,778 (7.19%), the State Tax Service - 1,183 (1.47%), the Ministry of Emergency Situations - 297 (0.37%), and the Customs Committee - 296 (0.37%).
The Ministry of Economy, the State Agency for Mineral Resources Utilization, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan, and the Ministry of Agriculture occupy the same positions in the list.
Entrepreneurs applied to these institutions for obtaining a permit form for cargo transportation, a badge of distinction, tachograph cards, licenses and permits, certificates of origin and other documents, and tax and customs issues.
It's worth noting that approximately 50 public and private organizations offer entrepreneurs the "G2B" and "B2B" services essential for conducting business activities.
